Sequoia Farms is a family friendly community located in historic Centreville, Virginia. Centreville is part of Fairfax County in northern Virginia.  It is located approximately 25 west of our nation's capitol, Washington, DC, and 6 miles south of Dulles International Airport and the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum's Stephen F. Udgar-Hazy Center. Centreville is rich in Civil War history and is located less than 10 miles from the Manassas Battlefield.

The east side of the Sequoia Farms neighborhood is adjacent to the 660 acre Eleanor C. Lawrence park which offers historic sites, sports fields, nature trails, and picnic tables. The community consists of 308 single family homes, a community swimming pool, tennis courts, and a playground. Family oriented activities include Christmas caroling around the neighborhood on a horse drawn wagon, a memorial Day bike parade, and an active and competitive swim team. The swim team is open to all members of the community. Summertime pool memberships are available to nonresidents of Sequoia Farms and include access to the tennis courts and membership on the swim team. Special rates are available to nonresidents who are first responders or members of the military.
