The east side of the Sequoia Farms neighborhood is adjacent to the 660 acre Ellanor C. Lawrence Park which offers historic sites, sports fields, nature trails, and picnic tables. The community consists of 308 single family homes, a community swimming pool, and tennis courts. Family oriented activities are held throughout the year, including an Easter egg hunt, Christmas caroling around the neighborhood on a horse drawn wagon, and a Memorial Day bike parade. Sequoia Farms also has an active and competitive swim team, open to all members of the community.  Summertime pool memberships are available for nonresidents of Sequoia Farms and include access to the tennis courts and membership on the swim team.
