Association assessments (i.e. dues) for 2015 are $291.16 payable quarterly. Note that there has not been an increase since 2014. Due dates are the first of the month in Jan, Apr, Jul, and Oct. Assessments fees cover property management items like grounds maintenance, snow and trash removal. The operating budget outlines where the money is allocated, and can be retrieved here.
