New Security software was implemented last year, including revised procedures for guest registration via automated phone and web.
There are two ways to register your guests: "Gate Access" Internet System & Automated Telephone System
Both require your PIN.
If you have any trouble registering guests, need a PIN or have lost your PIN: Call Member Services: (707) 987-3138.
As we continue to improve the procedures to make it easier for members to register guests, please consult the latest
"Guest Authorization Instructions".

Bar Codes
The HVLA Board of Directors recently changed the Bar Code policy to be significantly more inclusive in an effort to drastically reduce the frustratingly crowded visitors lanes at the gates in anticipation of the upcoming move to unmanned gates. Members who were delinquent in their assessment payments, for example, can now obtain Bar Codes from Members Services in the Administration Office.
